We installed a Permentry precast concrete stair with a
Cleargress door on top. We also installed a full light door at the
bottom of the stairs. This is a very nice compromise between having an
egress window, which lets in daylight; and a metal Bilco door, which
does not. You get the best of both scenarios with the
Permentry/Cleargress combination.
