We installed a Permentry precast concrete stair, with a Bilco door. The ONLY location that we could do this was directly under the steel beam that holds up the house. We had an engineer specify the beam size and method of attachment. Gambone Steel (610 539-6505) provided the steel for the project and we did the rest.
