We installed a Wellcraft model 5600 egress well, a Wellcraft
polycarbonate flat cover and a JeldWen egress compliant casement window
in a finished basement. When we performed the work, the house was
unoccupied and the installation of the egress window was a contingency
as part of the sale to the new owners (The Wellcraft Warranty is fully
transferable upon the sale of a home). We installed the new egress
system and re-finished the basement wall.
