First, we removed the old, rotted, wooden door and wooden frame; and we removed the loose cinder blocks. Then, we replaced the cinder blocks and installed stucco wire on the exposed walls. Then, we applied two coats of cement and finished it all off with Dryvit. We installed the new custom made Bilco door.
