We removed an existing aluminum roof, cinder block retaining walls and concrete stairs. Then we excavated for the new Permentry with a Bilco door. We filled the existing cinder block basement wall solid with grout. Then, Bethlehem Precast install the unit and we back filled and cleaned up the area.
