As you can see. we very often dig right next to utilities. That is why we always make the PA1 call prior to digging. We had to excavate near the electrical service and only INCHES away from the gas service. On this project, we installed a Wellcraft model 5600 egress well, a Wellcraft polycarbonate cover and a JeldWen egress compliant casement window.
