We installed a Rockwell Elite egress well, a Rockwell polycarbonate
cover, and a JeldWen egress compliant horizontal slider window. We have
performed a lot of work for these folks. Previously, we installed two 4″
drain pipes under the basement floor that literally drain sub-surface
water to daylight; thereby, eliminating the need for a sump pump. We
tied the drain for the new egress system into one of the previously
installed drain pipes.
