First, we removed some of the existing patio pavers. Then, we removed
the existing metal Bilco door and two courses of loose cinder block.
Then, we installed one course of cinder block and formed and poured a 4″
concrete cap. Then, we parged and finished all of the masonry with
Dryvit. We installed the new Bilco door and re-installed the patio pavers.
