We demolished and hauled away the existing cinder block shed and old concrete patio. Then we removed the old wooden basement doors, the wooden steps and demolished the cinder block retaining walls. We cleaned up all of teh mating surfaces and filled the cinder block foundation walls with concrete. Then we installed a Permentry precast concrete stair, with a Bilco door. We back filled with stone to within 8″ of grade so that top soil and grass can be installed.
