First, we removed the existing metal Bilco door. Then, we made repairs to the cinder block walls and installed a pressure treated sill to create a level surface for the new Bilco door. Then, we capped all of the new pressure treated wood with aluminum. We installed the new Bilco door and re-surfaced the concrete landing in front of the door.
